Attorney Elaine Waggoner of Lincoln, NE; ethically inept
The state of Nebraska presented Elaine Waggoner with a law license in 1978.
The Nebraska Counsel for Discipline charged Elaine with the following misconduct.
Elaine was specifically judged guilty of engaging in undue delay in her so-called representation of two clients, both of whom filed ethics complaints against her. I believe it is safe to assume that there are many more clients who were victimized by Elaine’s incompetence and misfeasance.
The main reason most victims of Attorney and/or Judicial Misconduct do not file ethics complaints are because they know the system is rigged in favor of the Misfits. Put simply, in most instances it’s a total waste of time!
As a consequence of her misconduct, the supporters of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Elaine by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (May 2012) Elaine practices law at 715 South 14th Street in Lincoln, Nebraska.
