Attorney Anat Resnik of Encino, CA; dimwitted cheater

The state of California provided Anat Resnik with a law license in 1970 after she graduated from Loyola University School of Law.

The State Bar Court found Anat guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dimwit)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to return unearned fees (cheater)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Anat by gifting her with a complimentary 1-year term of probation.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t really mete out any meaningful punishment to Anat.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Anat and his firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.anatresnik.com. Apparently, they chose to conceal this relevant information for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.
