Attorney Francine Bogumil of Miami; potty mouth pugilist

The state of Florida presented Francine Blair Bogumil with a law license in 2006 after she graduated from the Nottingham School of Law. 

The Florida State Bar found Francine guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Rammed her Land Rover into a rented GMC Yukon vehicle on her ex-husband’s driveway, breaking his girlfriend’s car windows
• When police arrived, Francine spit on them
• After the ramming incident, Francine told ex-husband to surrender or face the consequences
• In a text, told ex-husband: “Shit is about to get ugly.”
• Accused of battery on a law enforcement officer
• Ex-husband witnessed Francine throwing objects at his girlfriend’s BMW sedan, breaking her car windows
• Francine slapped ex-husband in the face twice and he slapped her back once
• The girlfriend said Francine yelled at her, “I will kill you, bitch.”
• When a sheriff arrived on the scene, he told Francine to stop shouting, and she replied, “No. Fuck you” and the spit on him

The State Bar has recommended to the Florida Supreme Court that Francine be permanently disbarred.

As we speak (ca. June 2021), Francine awaits her fate at 8950 Della Scala Circle in Orlando, Florida.
