Attorney Marc Panepinto of Buffalo, NY; ethical goblin

The state of New York provided Marc Charles Panepinto with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the State University of New York Buffalo School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the 5^th Judicial Department found Marc guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Offered an inducement to a witness that is prohibited by law

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Marc by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2021), Marc practices his brand of law at 1260 Delaware Avenue in Buffalo, New York.
