Attorney Joohan Song of MarinaDel Ray, CA; convicted liar

 
The state of Calfiornia provided Joohan Song with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
 
The Calfiornia Bar Court found Joohan Song guilty of the following misconduct regarding an auto accident he was involved in.
  1. Joohan was convicted of reckless driving
  2. The convicted involved moral turpitude because he lied to the LA police that he was involved in a hit-and-run accident
  3. Joohan also lied to his insurance company when he reported that his car had been stolen
  4. He repeatedly offered false scenarios to his insurance agent
The truth was that Joohan hit an unoccupied care, causing damage to both cars, and he fled when a witness asked him for information.
 
The buffoon assigned as the hearing judge by the Bar Court recommended that Joohan receive a 90-day suspension of his law license; however, the Bar Court rejected it and asked the Supreme Court to disbar him.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Supreme Court rejected the Bar Court’s recommendation that Joohan be disbarred by gifting him with a complimentary two-year stayed suspension of his law license.
 
Is it any wonder that most Californians have total contempt for the manner in which Attorney Misfits are disciplined?
 
As we speak (ca. May 2012) Joohan continues to practice his so-called brand of law in the Marina Del Ray area.
