Attorney Clair Stewart of Philadelphia, PA; thieving loser
The state of Pennsylvania provided Clair Michelle Stewart with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from Loyola University School of Law.
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Clair guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

-
Erroneously received double payment of $18,000 in attorney fees for handling of a client estate
-
Over five years mishandled fiduciary funds in her IOLTA trust account
-
Improperly paid personal business expenses directly from IOLTA trust account
-
Commingled client funds with personal funds
-
Misappropriated [stole] $3,690 from IOLTA trust account
-
Failed to perform monthly reconciliations of her trust account
-
Falsely certified on her annual attorney registration statement that she was in complaint with the applicable Rules of Professional Conduct
-
Filed to preserve complete records of the receipt, maintenance and disposition of funds and property for a period of five years after termination of the client-attorney relationship
-
Failed to maintain written communications relating to the basis or rate of her fee

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Clair by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. June 2021), Clair practices her so-called brand of law at 100 South Broad Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
