Attorney Manrico Troncelliti Jr. of East Norriton, PA; dimwitted cheater

The state of Pennsylvania provided Manrico Troncelliti Jr. with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Loyola University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Manrico guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
• After appointment as Executor of an estate, failed to inform the beneficiaries of his fee rate until months after the representation commenced
• Neglected to communicate with his clients
• Unilaterally took unearned fees from client estate funds (cheater)
• Failed to properly maintain and account for fiduciary funds
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to take action to have estate brokerage accounts liquidated or transferred to the beneficiaries
• Failed to file inheritance tax returns and complete estate work
• Failed to provide information to clients as to when he would complete the estate matters
• Failed to inform beneficiaries of $6,958.35 he received as reimbursement for overpayment of taxes
• Failed to deposit the $6,958.35 tax refund into fiduciary account or any account whatsoever
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed about status of matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to promptly notify client upon receipt of funds owing to the client

As on would suspect, this wasn’t Manrico’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one (1) complimentary reprimand and one (1) complementary admoniton for engaging in a variety of misconduct, some of which is similar in nature to the conduct involving his third bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Manrico by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2021), Manrico practices his so-called brand of law with Troncelliti Law Associates at 2500 Dekalb Pike in East Norriton, Pennsylvania.
