Attorney Michelle DeMarco of Ludington, MI; drunken convict

The state of Michigan presented Michelle L. DeMarco with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from the Detroit College School of Law.

FYI: The University Detroit is ranked as the 164th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The Muskegon County Hearing Panel #2 found Michelle guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Convicted of driving under the influence (DUI)
• Engaged in conduct that violated a criminal law

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Michelle by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand and assessed investigative costs of $750.00.  

As we speak (ca. August 2021), Michelle practices her so-called brand of law at 505 East Loomis in Ludington, Michigan.
