Attorney Paul Waltner of Ypsilanti, MI; convicted felon  

The state of Michigan presented Paul J.M. Waltner with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley University School of Law.

FYI:  Cooley is ranked as the worst or one of the worst law schools in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools. Proof of such a ranking is the fact that Donald Trump’s former attorney and fixer was none other than convicted felon Michael Cohen.

The Kent County Hearing Panel #2 found Jose guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Convicted in the U.S. District Court of subscribing to a false tax return, a felony
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary 35-month suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $916.38.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Paulie practices his so-called brand of law at 4760 Pearl Street in Ypsilanti, Michigan.
