Attorney C. Clifford Chadwick of Sylvan Lake, MI; slacker, loser

The state of Michigan presented C. Clifford Chadwick with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Law.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #70 found Cliff guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to seek the lawful objectives of his client through reasonably available means
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Brought or defended a frivolous proceeding
• Asserted or controverted a frivolous issue in court proceeding

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Cliff by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license, assessed investigative costs of $942.30.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Cliff and his firm fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.ccliforndchadwickattorneyatlaw.us. Apparently, they chose to conceal this relevant information for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool. 

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Cliff practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Offices of C. Clifford Chadwick at 2057 Orchard Lake Road in Sylvan Lake, Michigan.
