The Upper Canada Law Society Disciplinary Committee found Jimmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Jimmy!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society Disciplinary Board punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 1-month suspension of his law license and ordered to pay $4,500 in investigative costs.

As we speak (ca. July 2021), Jimmy practices his so-called brand of law at 450 Talbot Street in London, Ontario, Canada.
