The state of Louisiana presented Richard Eugene Smith with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Texas Southern University School of Law.
The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Dick guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. May 2021), Dick practices his brand of law at 300 Stewart Street in Lafayette, Louisiana.
