Attorney John Hoychick Jr. of Rayville, LA; ethical dwarf

The state of Louisiana presented John Hoychick Jr. with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to timely remit funds from client trust account to respective parties
  • Inadvertently commingled earned fees with client funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Johnny and his firm fails to disclose the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.cottonbolton.com. Apparently, they decided to conceal said relevant facts from prospective clients to prevent limiting their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Johnny practices his brand of law with Cotton, Bolton, Hoychick & Doughty Sternberg Naccari & White LLC at 607 Madeline Street in Rayville, Louisiana.
