Attorney Michael Moore Jr. of Covington, LA; convicted drunk

The state of Louisiana presented Michael T. Moore Jr. with a law license in 2015 after he graduated from Louisiana State University School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Mikey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Convicted of driving under the influence (DUI)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Mikey.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Mikey practices his brand of law with the Public Defender’s Office at 402 North Jefferson Avenue in Covington, Louisiana.
