Attorney Raymond Niswanger of West Monroe, LA; convicted drunk

The state of Louisiana presented Raymond F. Niswanger with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Louisiana State University School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Ray guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Convicted of driving under the influence (DUI)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Ray by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Ray.

And lastly, as one would suspect Ray fails to disclose the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.niswangerlaw.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal said relevant facts from prospective clients to prevent limiting his future victim pool. 

As we speak (ca. September 2021), Ray practices his brand of law with Niswanger Law LLC at 3814 Cypress Street in West Monroe, Louisiana.
