Judge Patrick Connolly of Los Angles; serial offender

The state of California presented Patrick Emmet Connolly with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of San Diego Law School.

It should be noted that Patty has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past twenty-nine (29) years beginning when he graduated from law school. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Los Angeles area was about to offer Patty a good paying job.

The California Commission on Judicial Performance found Patty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to demonstrate that he understands why his comments to Mr. Germany were improper
• In objections to discipline, Patty argued his comments were not improper
• Comments to Mr. Germany deemed to be gratuitous and undignified
• After jury acquittal, Patty said: “There’s no question in my mind that you’re guilty of this crime.”
• Failed to avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety
• Failed to respect and comply with the law (scofflaw)
• Failed to act in manner promoting public confidence in the judiciary

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Patty by gifting him with his third consecutive complimentary admonition.

And lastly, it is rumored that if Patty is found guilty of fourth time of engaging in misconduct, as punishment he will be provided with an all-expense paid two-week vacation for him and his family to Lake Tahoe.

As we speak (ca. July 2021), Patty continues to provide his so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge in Los Angeles, California.
