South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson; unethical Trump supporter

The state of South Carolina provided Alan Wilson with a law license in after he graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

In one matter, South Carolina attorney Chris Kenny filed a formal ethics complaint with the Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court charging Alan with engaging in the following misconduct. (Avery G. Wilks, Post and Courier)

• Knowingly supported false and frivolous law seeking to overturn results of 2020 presidential election in favor of Donald “Trumporleone” Trump
• Fanned the flame of the January 6, 2021 U.S. Capitol insurrection
• Falsely cast doubt on the integrity of the presidential election overwhelming won by Joe Biden
• The attack on Congress was incited by Trump with the aid and comfort of Wilson and others
• Repeated the lie lending credibility of his state office to false claim presidential election was stolen from Trump

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Alan by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. April 2021), Alan continues to dispense his so-called sense of justice and equality as the Attorney General for South Carolina.
