Attorney Andrew Schriver of Medina, OH; cheating loser

The State of Ohio presented Andrew Charles Scriver with a law license in 2017 after he graduated from Cleveland State University School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel found Andy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Charlie!)
  • Required to make restitution of $2,680 to client [victim]
  • Failed to promptly refund unearned fee (cheater)
  • Upon termination, failed to return all papers and property to his client
  • Failed to comply with client information requests
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Andy by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. April 2021), Andy practices his brand of law as an Assistant Public Defender with the Median County Public Defender at 120 West Washington Street in Medina, Ohio.
