Attorney Anthony Phillips of Springfield, MO; convicted druggie

The state of Missouri presented Anthony Lee Phillips with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law.

The Disciplinary Board found Tony guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty to a class B felony of producing a controlled substance

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license and assessed $1,500 in costs. 

And lastly, as one would suspect, Tony and his firm fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.ozarkslawfirm.com. Apparently, they chose to conceal this relevant information for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool. 

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Tony practices his so-called brand of law with The Piatchek Law Firm LLC at 1200 East Woodhurst in Springfield, Missouri.
