Attorney Michael Warner of Amarillo, TX; lying loser

The state of Texas presented Michael A. Warner with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from University of Tulsa School of Law.

The District 13 Grievance Committee found Mikey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact or law to a tribunal

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Denny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license. 

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Mikey.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Mikey fails to disclose the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.thewarnerlawfirm.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal said relevant facts from prospective clients to prevent limiting his future victim pool.
