Attorney Peter Mahon of Saskatchewan, CAN; ethical gnome   

The Law Society of Saskatchewan presented Peter Michel Mahon with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Saskatchewan School of Law.

Law Society Disciplinary Board found Pete guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with trust conditions by releasing said funds without first ensuring the trust conditions
• In failing to comply with trust conditions, Pete ignored letter from lawyer setting forth the conditions for releasing trust funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand, a $1,500.00 fine and assessed investigative costs of $2,000.00.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Pete practices his brand of law with Eisner Mahon Forsyth Law at 101 McLeod Avenue West in Melfort, Saskatchewan, Canada
