Attorney Gina Torres-Vanasse of Tucson, AZ; slacker, loser

The state of Arizona presented Robert J. Traica with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Gina guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct which was prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to submit supplemental information required by the Immigration Court
• Failure to provide the requested information to Immigration Court resulted in summary denial of her client’s immigration petition
• Failed to communicate with her client
• Failed to promptly return client file and related documents

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Gina by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. April 2021), Gina practices her brand of law at 3430 East Global Loop in Tucson, Arizona.
