Attorney Carol Wagner of Struthers, OH; ethical troll

The state of Ohio presented Carol Clemente Wagner with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from the University of Akron School of Law. 

The Mahoning County Bar Association found Carol guilty of the following conduct.

• Required to pay $5,000.00 in restitution to Richard and Cynthia Foster
• Knowingly made false statement of material fact to ethics investigators
• Failed to deposit unearned fees into client trust account
• Improperly shared fees with attorney in another firm without written consent and full disclosure with her client
• Failed to advise client she did not carry legal malpractice insurance
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Failed to communicate with her client

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Carol by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
