Attorney Charles White of Salem, MA; half-wit, slacker

The state of Massachusetts presented Charles S. White with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from Boston University School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Charlie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to seek the lawful objectives of his client through reasonably available means
• Failed to have the defendants timely served
• Failed to promptly file the returns of service with the court
• Failed to move to vacate the dismissal of his client’s case
• Failed to take any other action to prosecute or resolve the client’s case
• Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
• Did not cause client’s complaint and summons to be timely served on each of the defendants
• Improperly solicited professional employment for a fee from a prospective client in person

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

And lastly, as one would suspect, Charlie and his firm fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.pipcollect.com.  Apparently, they decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that it would not limit their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. April 2021), Charlie practices his brand of law with Pip Collect LLC at Two Salem Green in Salem, Massachusetts.
