Attorney Alexander Bednar of Edmond, OK; scamming loser

The state of Oklahoma presented Alexander Louis Bednar with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Boston College School of Law.

The Oklahoma Bar Association found Alex guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Threatened to file lawsuits against witnesses if they testified
• Engaged in a patter of missing court-imposed deadlines
• Altered a court document by affixing opposing counsel’s signature without permission

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oklahoma Supreme Court punished Alex by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2021), Alex practices his brand of law with the Bednar Law Firm at 15721 Via Bella in Edmond, Oklahoma.
