Solicitor Niall Sheerin of Ireland; repeat offender 

 

The Law Society of Ireland provided Niall Sheerin with a solicitor’s license in 2002 after he graduated from graduated from Queen’s University School of Law in Belfast.

 

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found Niall guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

 

Niall’s 1st bite at the Solicitor Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to ensure that there was furnished to the Law Society an accountant’s report for the year within six months as he was required to do

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal punished Naill by gifting him with a complimentary censure and a fine of €1,000.00.

 

Niall’s 2nd bite at the Solicitor Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to comply with an undertaking to hand over documentation on the closing of a sale
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Niall!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal punished Naill by gifting him with a complimentary censure and a fine of €1,000.00.

 

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Niall practices his brand of law with Niall Sheerin & Company Solicitors at 17North King Street in Dublin, Ireland.
