Judge Gregory Burker of Watson, NY; convicted of keying car

The New York Commission on Judicial Conduct found Greg guilty of the following misconduct.

• Keyed a town official’s vehicle
• Keyed the official’s vehicle after the town denied his request to provide health insurance
• Pled guilty to criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a misdemeanor

As is the case with most cowardly Judicial Misfits, Greg took took the coward’s way out and resigned before the Commission voted to kick him out of his judicial office.

As we speak (ca. Mary 2021), it is rumored that Greg has applied for a job as a greeter at the Walmart Supercenter Store located at 7155 East State Street in Lowville, New York.
