Attorney William Mross of Racine, WI; repeat offender, Dufus

 
The state of Wisconsin provided William F. Mross with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of Tulsa Law School.
 
On three (3) occasions, the Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) has found William guilty of misconduct as set forth below.
 
Bills 3rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
 
In this instance William was found guilty of:
  1. Failing to provide competent representation (Dufus)
  2. Failing to communicate with client
  3. Failing to with reasonable diligence (slacker)
  4. Accepting compensation from someone other than his client
This matter dealt with Bill’s total incompetence involving his representation of a couple that was involved in a mortgage foreclosure action. Additionally, Bill provided incompetent representation in another mortgage foreclosure action.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Bill by gifting him with a reprimand.

In this matter the OLR found Bill guilty of engaging in misconduct that adversely reflected on his ability to practice law. As a consequence of this misconduct, the apologists sitting on the Wisconsin Surpeme Court punished Bill by gifting him a 90-day suspension of his law license.

In this instance, the OLR found Billy guilty of:
  1. Failing to communicate with a client and (b)
  2. Failing to provide competent representation (Dufus)
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Bill by gifting him with a reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. May 2012), Bill practices law at 110 5th Street in Racine, Wisconsin.
