Attorney Sasha Weitzner of Orlando, FL; half-witted shoplifter

The state of Florida provided Sasha Bentley Weitzner with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from Florida State University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Sasha guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Failed to provide competent representation (half-wit)
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Arrested in Osceola County on one count of Grand Theft over $300 but under $5,000
• Arrested for Retail Theft at Marhsall’s in Kissimeme
• Accused of shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia
• Arresting office located several cylinders and some clear baggies which tested positive for the presence of cocaine
• Pled guilty to 4 counts of misdemeanor petit theft
• Pled guilty to misdemeanor drug possession
• Kept falling asleep during client’s criminal trial
• Failed to consult with his client during the criminal trial regarding the client’s objectives and decisions of the trial court
• Failed to abide by client decisions
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Sasha by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license effective December 2020 and assessed ethics investigative costs of $1,974.48.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Sasha will resume her so-called practice of law with the Law Offices of S. Bentley Weitzner at 37 North Orange Avenue in Orlando, Florida in November 2021.
