Attorney William Gammon of Austin, TX; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented William B. Gammon with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Texas School of Law.

The 200th District Court of Travis County found Billy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide client with written contingent fee agreements
  • Knowingly assisted or induced another to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Billy fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.gammonlawoffice.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As speak (ca. June 2021), Billy practices his brand of law with the Gammon Law Office PLLC at 901 South MoPac in Austin, Texas.
