The state of Iowa presented Kendra Marlene Olson Kimberly with a law license in 2013 after she graduated from the University of Iowa School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel found Kendra guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Kendra!)
• Audit revealed three old outstanding checks and eight old stale balances in Kendra’s trust account

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Kendra by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
