Attorney F. Patrick Fryer of Lee’s Summit, MO; tax scofflaw

The state of Missouri presented F. Patrick Fryer with a law license in 2082 after he graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law.

The Disciplinary Board found Patty guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

In one matter, the director of revenue reported to the Clerk of Court under section 484.053 of Missouri law that Patty was delinquent on a tax he owed or failed to file his tax returns.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Patty fails to disclose the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.fryerlaw.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal said relevant facts from prospective clients to prevent limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 2021), Patty Practices his brand of law at 200 Northeast Missouri Road in Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
