Attorney Kevin Muxlow of Overland Park, KS; tax scofflaw

The state of Missouri presented Kevin William Muxlow with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from St. Louis University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Board found Kevin guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

In one matter, the director of revenue reported to the Clerk of Court under section 484.053 of Missouri law that Kevin was delinquent on a tax he owed or failed to file his tax returns.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.   

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Kevin practices his brand of law in Overland Park, Kansas.
