Attorney Charles Simpkins of New York City; scamming fraudster

The state of New York presented Charles Claudio Simpkins with a law license in 2014 after he graduated from Harvard University School of Law.

The Appellate Division, First Department Grievance Committee found Charlie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Unlawfully used a credit/debit car to make purchases
  • Made false statements about his unlawful use of credit/debit car

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the First Department Grievance Committee punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Charlie and his firm fail to disclose the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.cmfllp.com. Apparently, they decided to conceal said relevant facts from prospective clients to prevent limiting their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Charlie practices his brand of law with Carmel Milazzo & Feil LLP at 55 West 39th Street in New York, New York.
