Attorney Gaylard Williams of St. Louis, MO; ethical gnome

The state of Missouri presented Gaylard T. Williams with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from St. Louis University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Gaylard guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Engaged in sexual relationship with a client
  • Engaged in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Efrain by gifting him with a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license and assessed disciplinary costs of $1,000.

As we speak (ca. February 2021), Efrain practices his brand of law at 5261 Delmar Blvd in St. Louis, Missouri.
