Attorney Sean Porter of Chagrin Falls, OH; ethical troll

The state of Ohio presented Sean Richard Porter with a law license in 2017 after he graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law.

FYI: The University of Dayton School of Law is ranked as the 171^st best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Sean guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Sent inappropriate and sexually suggestive text messages to a client
• Made false statement of material fact to ethics investigators (Up yours, said Sean!)
• Signed client’s name to affidavit without her knowledge or consent
• Falsely notarized client signature on affidavit client never signed
• Falsely attested that he personally observed his client sign affidavit
• After client flew to Ohio to attend hearing, Sean had intercourse with her
• Knowingly made false statement of fact to a tribunal (Screw you, said Sean!)

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Sean by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Sean fails to disclose the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.mporterlaw.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal said relevant facts from prospective clients to prevent limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 2021), Sean practices his brand of law with the Law Office of Mark E. Porter LLC at 1180 Bell Road in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
