The state of Ohio presented David Stanley Grendel with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Case Western University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Falsely notarized backdated title in order that 2003 Buick LeSabre would transfer to his client without the assistance of the probate court

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Davey by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Sean fails to disclose the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.mporterlaw.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal said relevant facts from prospective clients to prevent limiting his future victim pool.
