Attorney George Rouco of Mooresville, NC; convicted druggie

The state of North Carolina presented Daniel Spencer Rufty with a law license in 2017 after he graduated from the Campbell University School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found George guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty to felony possession of a controlled substance

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the North Carolina State Bar punished George by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. June 2021), George practices his brand of law at 112 Charing Place in Mooresville, North Carolina.
