Attorney Daniel Rufty of Charlotte, NC; lying loser

The state of North Carolina presented Daniel Spencer Rufty with a law license in 2017 after he graduated from North Carolina Central University School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Danny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Aided in the criminal practice of debt adjusting
• Failed to supervise his non-lawyer assistants
• Made false statements to his clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the North Carolina State Bar punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2021), Danny practices his brand of law at 8612 Tweedsmuir Glen Lane in Charlotte, North Carolina.
