Attorney Victoria Block of New Bern, NC; halfwit loser

The state of North Carolina presented Victoria Block with a law license in 2003 after she graduated from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Victoria guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Handled tax issues she wasn’t competent to handle without first associating himself with an attorney who was competent to handle the matter
• Failed to adequately communicate with her client
• Failed to advise client of status of brother’s estate
• Failed to provide competent representation (halfwit)
• Failed to file timely annual accounting in probate matter

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the North Carolina State Bar punished Victoria by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2021), Victoria practices her brand of law at 1822-6 South Glenburnie Road in New Bern, North Carolina.
