Attorney Frank Cegelski of Rochester, NY; vindictive loser

The state of New York presented Frank B. Cegelski with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Georgetown University Law School.

The 4th Judicial Department found Frank guilty of the following misconduct:
  1. Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on his trustworthiness
  2. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  3. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty and/or misrepresentation
  4. Failed to withdraw from representing a client when withdrawal was mandatory
  5. Represented a client that involved a conflict of interest
  6. Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him (slacker)
  7. Intentionally damaged a client while representing the client (victim)
The comedians sitting in judgment of Frank had the chutzpah to credit him for a good reputation because Frankie said so. Apparently, the opinions of his victims were totally irrelevant as to his reputation!

As a consequence of his misconduct, the proponents for Attorney Misfits on the 4th Judicial Department punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. May 2012) Frank practices law at 25 Canterbury Road in Rochester, New York.
