Attorney Gregory B. Flynn of Syracuse, NY; ethical leprechaun

The state of New York presented Gregory Brian Flynn with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Western New England Law School.

The 4th Judicial Department found Gregory guilty of the following misconduct:
  1. Failed to pursue appropriate review of an arbitration award made on behalf of his client
  2. Due to Greg’s negligence and incompetence client denied lawful opportunity to reduce judgment
  3. Criminally convicted of driving under the influence
  4. Criminally charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle
  5. Failed to remain current on court ordered child support payments
  6. Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on his fitness as an attorney
  7. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  8. Engaged in conduct reflecting on his honesty and trustworthiness
As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters of Attorney Misfits sitting on the 4th Judicial Department punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. May 2012) Gregory practices law with the Frank H. Hiscock Legal Aid Society at 351 South Warrant Street in Syracuse, New York.
