Attorney Tiffany Russell of Durham, NC; charged with multiple felonies

The state of North Carolina presented Tiffany Dawn Russell with a law license in 1966 after he graduated from North Carolina Central University School of Law.

In one matter, Tiffany has been criminally charged with committing various crimes as set forth below.

• Indicted along with two coconspirators by federal grand jury for conspiring to commit bank fraud
• Charged with multiple counts of bank fraud
• Charged with unauthorized use of access devices and multiple counts of misuse of social security numbers
• Applied for loans and credit cards with social security numbers that were not issued to them by the Social Security Administration
• Created new credit profiles or synthetic identities for themselves to open financial accounts and make purchases from retailers without any intention of paying for the items and services obtained
• Conspired to use fraudulently obtained Care Credit cards from Synchrony Bank to make payments to Dr. Curves, who performed Tiffany’s 2016 plastic surgery
• Tiffany falsely represented on credit applications that she resided in Florence, South Carolina when she was residing in the Eastern District of North Carolina
• Tiffany and her conspirator Rahne Cooper used her synthetic identities to finance the purchase of vehicles and Hinton used his synthetic identity to purchase John Deere lawn equipment from Quality Equipment and electronics from Conn Credit Corporation

If convicted, Tiffany faces statutory maximum penalties for the conspiracy and each substantive bank fraud count of 30 years’ in prison, a $1,000,000 fine, restitution and forfeiture.

All that remains now is to see how long it takes Tiffany to cop a plea to reduce the amount of time she’ll be spending in the Federal Correctional Institution in Dublin, California.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Tiffany fails to disclose the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.tdrlegal.com. Apparently, she decided to conceal said relevant facts from prospective clients to prevent limiting his future victim pool.
