Attorney Shane Mouton of Rayne, Louisiana; ethical dwarf

The state of Arizona provided Dianne N. Sullivan with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Louisiana State (LSU) University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Shane guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

In one matter, Shane engaged in conflict of interest by representing both a private client and the State of Louisiana in a child support collection case.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Shane by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Shane.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Paulie fails to disclose the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.moutonlawfirm.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal said relevant facts from prospective clients to prevent limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Paulie practices his brand of law at 905 The Blvd in Rayne, Louisiana.
