Attorney Stephen Haslett of Plainwell, MI; convicted drunk

The state of Michigan presented Stephen L. Haslett with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from Western Michigan University Thomas Cooley School of Law.

FYI: Cooley is ranked as the worst or one of the worst law schools in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools. Proof of such a ranking is the fact that Donald Trump’s former attorney and fixer was none other than convicted felon Michael Cohen.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #1 found Stevie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Convicted of driving under the influence (DUI)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed investigative costs of $757.22.
