Judge Diane Dougherty of Akron, OH; deadbeat cheapskate

The state of Ohio presented Diane Lynn Dougherty with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from the University of Akron School of Law.

The Disciplinary Board found Dianne guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to obtain required Continuing Legal Education (CLE) 

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Diane by gifting her with a complimentary monetary sanction of $105.00.

Diane’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to obtain required Continuing Legal Education (CLE) 

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Diane by gifting her with a complimentary monetary sanction of $205.00.

As we speak (ca. December 2020), Diane continues to practice her brand of jurisprudence as a Summit County Domestic Relations Court Magistrate Judge in Akron, Ohio.
