Attorney Kevin Kennedy of Colchester, CT; check bouncer, repeat offender

The state of Connecticut presented Kevin Kennedy with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law.

FYI: Quinnipiac University School of Law is ranked as the 169^th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Kevin guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted, or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Kevin!)
• Wrote at least one check on insufficient funds account (rubber)

As one would suspect, this was not Kevin’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2021), Kevin practices his brand of law at 48 Williams Road in Colchester, Connecticut.
