Judge Mark Luitjen of San Antonio, TX; bigoted loser

The state of Texas provided Mark Luitjen with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law.

The State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge Luitjen guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • While in the courtroom after completing matters involving several undocumented immigrants, Judge Luitjen engaged in a conversation with court reporter Mona Arevalos and made a statement in which he mentioned the English and Spanish derogatory slurs [Wetbacks] that have been used in the past to refer to undocumented immigrants from Mexico
  • Judge Luitjen used the actual English and Spanish derogatory slurs in his statement to Ms. Arevalos
  • Judge Luitjen’s comments were made in the courtroom, in public, while other court staff, attorneys and defendants were still in the courtroom
  • Engaged in willful conduct that cast public discredit upon the judiciary

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Conduct Commission punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

To establish themselves as a bunch of comedians, the Commission members ordered that Mark the Bigot obtain additional education for the use of derogatory slurs in the courtroom while others are present. The Aspiring Standup Comedians also ordered that Mark receive additional education in the area of racial sensitivity training.

An anonymous source indicated that Mark the Bigot opted to attend racial sensitivity classes at the David Duke School for anti-bigot training located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Judge Luitjen continues to practice his so-called brand of jurisprudence as a Senior District Judge, sitting by assignment for Bexar County in San Antonio, Texas.
