Attorney Kristen Doleva-Lecher of Reading, PA; ethical troll

The state of Pennsylvania presented Kristen Doleva-Lecher with a law license in 2003 after she graduated from Nova Southeastern University School of Law.

FYI: Nova Southeastern is ranked as the 170^th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Kristen guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to deposit advance fees into client trust account
• Failed to conduct monthly reconciliations all fiduciary accounts
• Failed to preserve all client trust account records for five years
• Commingled client funds with personal funds

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Kristen by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Kristen fails to disclose the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.dolevalaw.com. Apparently, she decided to conceal said relevant facts from prospective clients to prevent limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Kristen practices her brand of law with Doleva Law at 606 Court Street in Reading, Pennsylvania.
