Attorney Ryan Breen of Pittsburgh; fraudulent scammer

The state of Pennsylvania presented Ryan D. Breen with a law license in 2014 after he graduated from the University of Toledo School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Ryan guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Lied to Erie Insurance that the car he drove on “Track Night of America” at the PIRC racetrack that collided into a guardrail on the track was the same car he drove to his girlfriend’s house with a pizza when he struck a guardrail on Overbrook Road in Valencia, PA in order to avoid striking a deer
  • Knowingly and intentionally lied to Erie Insurance about his guardrail accident
  • Erie Insurance paid Ryan $21,2999 for damage to his car which was sustained in the racetrack accident
  • Ryan was criminally charged with Insurance Fraud
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Ryan by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Ryan practices his brand of law at 1000 McKnight Park Drive in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
